Sam started Murillo & Sons in 2008 with one truck and a pull-behind trailer. The boys came up doing this work on weekends through high school — pulling weeds, raking granite, loading the trailer when their dad was on the mower.
18 years later they run their own routes. Same last name. Same trailer (mostly). Same way of doing the work — show up the morning we said we would, do the boring foundational stuff right, leave the gate latched and the driveway blown.

Irrigation & Drip Repair
The dead bougainvillea is almost always a clogged emitter. We find the line, replace the head, reset the controller, and walk every zone with you.

Once we start, the same Murillo trailer shows up the same morning every week. Quiet equipment, gate latched on the way out, walks blown clean. The dogs learn our truck.

- Really family. Sam started Murillo & Sons in 2008 with one truck. The boys came up doing this work on weekends through high school and now they run their own routes. You will see the same last name on the invoice and on the truck.
- Most NW Valley quotes we can walk within the same week. Junk-removal and one-time cleanups we usually fit in two to four days. Standing weekly customers go on the route the next available service day for that zone.
- Yes. We skip chemical weed control in any yard with pets unless the owner specifically asks for it — hand-pulling and pre-emergent under the gravel does the same job without the risk. Our customers know we know their dogs by name.
- Yes. NW Valley HOAs (Vistancia, Westbrook Village, Trilogy, Sun City Grand) all have their quirks — overhanging branches, weed counts, gravel coverage. Forward us the letter and we will quote the fix and have it cleared before the next inspection.
- We carry general liability and we are happy to send the certificate to your property manager or HOA. Murillo & Sons Landscaping Services LLC is registered in Arizona; landscape maintenance under the Arizona contract threshold does not require an ROC license, and for larger install jobs we partner with ROC-licensed contractors.
- Monthly maintenance is invoiced at the start of the month. One-time visits, junk removal, and tree work are paid the day of service. Cards, Zelle, check, or cash — whichever is easier on you.
- Peoria is home base. We work Glendale, Surprise, Sun City, Vistancia, and the NW corners of Phoenix as the standing route. Edges of the metro — ask, we usually say yes.
